Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Germinario brings over 20 years of professional experience in corporate operations and joined our company in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer.
Previously, Ms. Germinario was Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Board of the Directors for John Laing Group, an international investor and active manager of core infrastructure assets. Prior, Ms. Germinario served as Chief Financial Officer of Eight Roads, the proprietary investment arm of Fidelity International Limited, and before then, she was the Chief Financial Officer of GE Healthcare – Cardiovascular Ultrasound Group, a division within General Electric.
She holds a BA from Universita Commerciale L. Bocconi, an executive MBA from the International Institute for Management Development and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
