Julia Gray
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Ms. Gray was appointed as our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in April 2022, having joined the Company in February 2022.
Ms. Gray was previously a Director in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets Division at Credit Suisse in New York, VicePresident, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. in Toronto and a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in New York.
Ms. Gray is a member of the Bar in Ontario and New York and received an LL.M. degree from London School of Economics as well as a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Civil Law, Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.
Ms. Gray is a resident of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
